Symptom
How do you log in with a Central Management Server (CMS)
clustername on the first log in with BusinessObjects Enterprise Web
Services (DSWS) Web services?
The Platform SDK allows you to use the clustername from the
internal cached cluster membership list. When a DSWS provider is
started, the list of members in the CMS cluster must be established
and cached on the provider side. To update the DSWS provider's
cluster member cache, it is only necessary to establish a
connection to one of the CMS cluster members. If the DSWS provider
is able to connect to at least one CMS cluster member, then the
DSWS Session service automatically obtains the list of all other
CMS cluster members and the cluster name from the CMS and caches
them in memory.
