Symptom

How do you calculate an average, including null values in Desktop Intelligence?

For example, you have a report showing revenue for each month. However, May is the only month that has any revenue ($5,345.00). If you put an average calculation on the column, it will show an average of $5,345.00 because the other cells are empty, not zero. This would not be an accurate average. You want to get an average, including all the months with no revenue as well.
