Symptom
- When attempting to log on to Java InfoView as an Active Directory (AD) user, the following error message appears:
"Account Information Not Recognized: Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again" FWM 00006
- Tomcat Std.out logs show the following:
"[http-8080-Processor23] ERROR
com.crystaldecisions.sdk.plugin.authentication.ldap.internal.SecWinADAuthentication - Cannot create LoginContext. C:\Windows\bscLogin1.conf (No such file or directory)"
- If this issue occurs with Websphere systemout.log the error may look different like
com.ibm.ws.security.auth.login.ConfigFile :ERROR: Could not create URL: /opt/WebSphere/appserver/profiles/path/bscLogin.conf. The exception is java.io.FileNotFoundException: / ... /WebSphere/appserver/profiles/path/bscLogin.conf (No such file or directory)
