After applying a Critical Hot Fix (CHF) then deploying the new WAR files on WebSphere you are able to log on to InfoView but when logging on to the Central Management Console (CMC) the following error message appears:
"Error 404: <servername>: Servlet [wccontroller]: com.businessobjects.enterprise.wca.servlets.WCAControllerServlet was found, but is missing another required class. <servername>:"
This error typically implies that the servlet was originally
compiled with classes which cannot be located by the server.
