1203906 - Error: "The page cannot be found. HTTP 400 " Bad Request" when logging on to InfoView using Active Directory authentication for some users


When logging on to InfoView .NET or the Central Management Console (CMC) on IIS 6.0 using Active Directory (AD) authentication (NTLM), some users receive the following error message:

"The page cannot be found. HTTP 400 " Bad Request".

Other users can successfully log on to the CMC and InfoView .NET.
