SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
After you import the universe from BusinessObjects 6.5 and the
reports work fine on BusinessObjects XI Release 2 Desktop
Intelligence, and when you try to refresh the report on infoview
using the HTML or PDF Format the system displays an error
message:
" Prompts
Can not load de universe ( UNV 0003 ) ( Error: INF )"
But if you try the Desktop Intelligence format from Infoview
you can see the report.
