1204140 - SQL generation difference between Desktop Intelligence and Web Intelligence

There is a difference between the queries generated by Desktop Intelligence and Web Intelligence.

For example:

SQL query in Web Intelligence

SELECT
table.column
FROM
table
WHERE
( table.column1=table.column2(+) )
AND (table.column1=table.column3 )

SQL query in Desktop Intelligence

SELECT
table.column
FROM
table

When executing the query in Web Intelligence, the following error message appears:

ORA-00904 error, followed by a WIS 10901.
