In BusinessObjects version 6.5, when attempting to open 2-tier on a Citrix server, it fails, and the following error message appears in the Event Viewer:
"Application popup: busobj.exe - Entry Point Not Found :
The procedure entry point
?OpenDatabase@DAOBORecordSet@@QAI?AUBOSuccess@@AAVBOString@@W4DAOBO_DATABASE_FORMAT@@V3@_N@Z
could not be located in the dynamic link library cnxsrv.dll".
It has been confirmed that cnxsrv.dll is the correct version based on another server installation that works successfully.
