1204199 - Error: "Internet Explorer cannot download cdzServlet from <servername>" saving to Excel or PDF format from the Java Report Panel when going through a proxy

Symptom

You access BusinessObjects InfoView through a proxy connectionusing Microsoft Internet Explorer. When saving objects from theHTML viewer, you can save to Excel or PDF formats successfully;however, when attempting to save to these formats from the JavaReport Panel, the following error message appears:

"Internet Explorer cannot download cdzServlet from<servername>"
