In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, when attempting to save a Desktop Intelligence document to a shared location or mapped drive, the following error message appears:
"Unhandled Exception
Code: c0000005
Description: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION".
In some environment there is no error if the document is less than 1 megabyte in size.
