Symptom

You are using BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 with Service Pack 2 + SKIT + Partner Service Pack 2 + Fix Pack 2.5 + Partner Fix Pack 2.5.

You are unable to create a Web Intelligence report by using the message server with the SSO (single sign-on) option enabled, and the following error message appears:

"Database error: [Businessobjects115.OLAPI.Cube.1]: can't connect to SAP BW Server. Missing SYSNR=" in connect_param in RfcOpenEx. More information, please connect Business Objects administrator or provider. (error: WIS 10901)"

With the SSO option disabled，you can create a Web Intelligence report by using the message server. The message server can be connected and load balance can be used.
