1204313 - Error: "The Security System could not establish a secured connection with the server..." when using single sign-on to InfoView with Kerberos

Symptom

Single sign-on (SSO) to InfoView using Kerberos has been configured. Logging on to InfoView using SSO fails intermittently. The user's event log contains the following message:
 
"Event Type: Warning
Event Source: LSASRV
Event Category: SPNEGO (Negotiator)
Event ID: 40961
Date: 10/27/2004
Time: 1:00:50 PM
User: N/A
Computer: COMPUTER
Description: The Security System could not establish a secured connection with the server ldap/DC01.corp.com/corp.com@corp.com. No authentication protocol was available."
