1204507 - Crystal Reports Basic for VS2008 Prompts for parameters and/or logon information

If a ReportDocument is bound to the CrystalReportViewer control's reportsource property, and is not maintained in session, and is not set in the Page_Init of a webform, the viewstate of the viewer may not be maintained. This will result in prompting for database logons or parameters, and navigation issues may occur when events causing a postback to the webform are fired.
