Viewing folder rights and other aspects of the InfoView
interface are slow in response time. Aspects that are slow are
tasks or operations that can be enabled for auditing.
In these circumstances, tracing the CMS returns the following
lines in the log files:

Oracle DB Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (BUSAUDIT_USER.SERVER_PROCESS_1) violated
OracleAuditDBSS: duplicate server record encountered
OracleAuditDBSS::InsertServers() - End
