A Business Objects 6.5.x universe with over 40 row-level restrictions is migrated to BusinessObjects XI Release 2 Service Pack 1. The database for the universe and the repository for 6.5.x is Oracle 10G. All connections related to that universe along with restrictions, rights and so on, are imported using Designer XI Release 2 Service Pack 1. When clicking Tools > Manage > Manage Access Restrictions, the Designer client hangs for up to two hours.
