After migrating from BusinessObjects version 6.5 to BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, a new installation of Desktop Intelligence conflicts with Recipient Manager. After installing Desktop Intelligence, the following error message appears:
"An Error loading Message Server: An error occurred while initializing the message server. Recipient Manger cannot continue."
After clicking OK on the message, the following error message appears:
"Error loading Message Server: An Error occurred loading a language bundle. Recipient Manager cannot continue."
If Desktop Intelligence is uninstalled, the following error message appears:
"Business Objects Software is not installed. (Error: BRM 0002)".
