1205163 - Error: "Account information not recognized"" when attempting to save a Web Intelligence report in Excel format to a local computer

<p>In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 running on Windows Vista, when saving a Web Intelligence report in Excel format to a local computer, the user is logged off from InfoView, and the following error message appears:</p> <p>"Account information not recognized: an error occurred at the server: Not a valid log on token".</p> <p>The user is prompted to log on to InfoView again. However, when attempting to save the report as before, the error message reappears, and the user is again logged off from InfoView.&#160;</p>
