BusinessObjects Enterprise and Crystal Reports comes packaged with a sample database called Xtreme.mdb. This database is in Microsoft Access format and is needed when for running prepackaged sample reports against.

What if you wanted to test connectivity from a UNIX computer via ODBC or you needed to create some test reports against a sample SQL Server database? How can the data in the Access database be migrated to SQL Server to allow for this?
