1205451 - Exporting to Excel format hangs the RDC ASP application.

Exporting to "Microsoft Excel (XLS)" and "Microsoft Excel- Data only (XLS)" format from the Activex viewer (RDC ASP application) of the Crystal Reports XI R2 results in non responsive applicaion.

The issue is resolved in service pack 2 of Crystal Reports XI R2. The 'crxf_xls.dll' is responsible for exporting of reports to XLS format. The 'crxf_xls.dll' of Crystal Reports XI R2 with service packs 2 addresses this issue.

Upgrade to Service Pack 2 or higher of CR XI R2. Service Pack 4 is availbale from:
