1205561 - Unable to connect to security domain using Import Wizard when migrating from BusinessObjects version 5.x to BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2

Symptom

While migrating from BusinessObjects version 5.x to BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, the following error message appears:

"Error Logging on to server. Check login information and try again. (IWZ 00001)
ERR116) Unable to connect to security domain, please verify database connectivity: ORA-12535: TNS:operation timed out)".

This occurs when attempting to get past the initial Domain.key login using the Import Wizard.
