1205581 - Error: "No server was available to process the request (Error RFC 00101)" when refreshing a report with prompt


In BusinessObjects Desktop Intelligence XI Release 2, when refreshing a large report containing several prompts, the following error message appears:
"No server was available to process the request (Error RFC 00101)".
If the prompts are converted to "equal to" the refresh works fine.
