SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
User are not able to log in using Windows AD authentication.
Clicking the Update button in the Windows AD
section of the CMC fails with an error message:
"There was an error while retrieving data from the server:
Active Directory Authentication failed to get the members of the
group with ID "S-I-52-88923487237982`390870987418907" if the
problem, persists please delete this group and re-map it into
BusinessObjects."
