You have exported a source system, that has sub-groups in which rights and assignments to objects, folders and applications are applied, to a BIAR file.
When you import the BIAR file into a blank CMS system (BusinessObjects XI R2 + Service Pack 1 + Monthly Hot Fix 1 + up to Critical Hot Fix 16), the import is successful; however, in the CMC you see that some of the sub-groups do not have the rights and assignments that were specifically assigned to them in the original system.
