1205848 - Hierarchy"s name is not displayed in user's selected Preferred Viewing Locale in Hierarchy section under Add Drill Filter

Symptom

Hierarchy"s name is not displayed in user's selected Preferred Viewing Locale (PVL) in Add Drill Filter > Hierarchy section.
 
Here is the work flow to reproduce this issue:
  1. Login to InfoView.
  2. Navigate to Preferences > General Tab.
  3. Select the Preferred Viewing Locale as French(France). Confirm the universe you are using exists in this locale.
  4. Create a document based on multilingual universe.
  5. Switch to Drill mode.
  6. Click on Add Drill Filter > Hierarchy.
