1206043 - User/Group list is blank when scheduling to specific inbox in Desktop Intelligence

Symptom

In Desktop Intelligence XI Release 2, when attempting to schedule to a specific inbox, the list of users and groups is empty

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Open Desktop Intelligence.
  2. Import a report.
  3. Modify the report.
  4. Export the report.
  5. During the export, click Schedule > Destination " specific inbox. Note that the list of users and groups is empty, and the search does not return any results.
