Symptom
When trying to import a large (approximately 50 MB) Business
Intelligence Archive Resource (BIAR) file, the Central Management
Server (CMS) stops responding.
After enabling tracing, the following error messages are
found in the CMS logs:
"[Mon Jul 30 20:33:21 2007] 21917 1145895856 assert failure: (dbssoracle_impl.cpp:489). (0 : ORA-04031: unable to allocate 96 bytes of shared memory("shared pool","SELECT CMS_InfoObjects5.Obje...","sql area","optdef : apanlg")
