1206125 - AD/NT SSO is not available in Desktop Intelligence and Designer after enabling trusted authentication in XI Release 2 SP2


When trusted authentication is not enabled NT/AD SSO works properly. Users can log on by clicking the OK button without entering credentials. The OK button is not available after trusted authentication is enabled. Users then have to change authentication settings to SSO or run the command line.

When attempting to logon to client tools (deski and designer) by clicking OK without entering credentials, the OK button is greyed out and cannot be selected.
