In a MySQL database, if the table and column/field names are longer than 21 characters, the table name gets truncated.
Cause
You are using the MySQL ODBC driver version 3.51.20 or
later.
Resolution
Download and install MySQL 3.51.11 or 3.51.12 ODBC driver from here.
