1206314 - Cannot import metrics in PMDT to BusinessObjects XI R2 SP2 or BusinessObjects XI 3.0, log has error message "Cannot create metric... Set not found in Subject..."

Symptom

When importing metrics to BusinessObjects XI R2 SP2 or BusinessObjects XI 3.0 using the Performance Management Deployment Tool (PMDT), this error message appears in the log:

<ERROR> cannot create metric "<Metric Name>" (Metric ID).  Set <SET number> not found in subject "<Universe Subjects Name>"
