1206625 - Error: "Could not read cluster name..." when copying a CMS database to an Oracle CMS database

Symptom

If an Oracle CMS database is setup with the AL32UTF8 character set and the nls_length_semantic variable set to CHAR, when copying a CMS data source to the Oracle CMS database, the following error message appears:

"Could not read cluster name. Reason: failed to initialise the source database. Data can not be read. Reason: The index info object with id 0 does not match the type of the index already in the database. The requested property type is asciistring and the one in the database is string. The requested property size is 56 and the one in the database is 224."
