1206923 - IP addresses do not appear for 3-tier users in the Administration Console

Symptom

In BusinessObjects version 6.5 with a critical hot fix (CHF) version earlier than CHF 48 applied, after logging on as supervisor to the Administration Console and clicking List of logged-in users, some users currently logged on are missing their IP address.

Troubleshooting verifies the following:

  • users logged on through ZABO from the Start menu did not have an IP address appear
  • users logged on through InfoView to edit a report with ZABO did have an IP address appear.
