After migrating from BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 Service Pack 1 Monthly Hot Fix 1 to BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 Service Pack 2, some Goals are not visible when the user is logged onto Performance Management.
If added to the administrator group, the user will be able to see the Goals when logged on to Performance Management. When the user is removed from the group, the Goals are not visible.
