1207096 - "Account Information not Recognized. The secLdap plugin failed to connect to the specified hosts" error when attempting to log into Infoview using LDAP and SSL

Symptom

When LDAP authentication is enabled and set to use SSL, andyou try to login into Infoview, you get the the message "AccountInformation not Recognized. The secLdap plugin failed to connect tothe specified hosts".
 
In the logs of the J2EE based application server (e.g.Tomcat), you will get the error"javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: No trusted certificatefound"
 
This would only be found on distributed systems where theapplication server and cms are running on different machines
