In BusinessObjects Enterprise Desktop Intelligence, when using the Report Conversion Tool (RCT), the following error message appears:
"Failed: Error with Desktop Intelligence client".
In the Conversion Results of the RCT, the following error message appears:
"Not converted: <name of report> - Document cannot be read".
This occurs with users that are added to the Report Conversion Tool Users group, but not with the administrator account or the administrators group.
