1207147 - Error: "HTTP 500..," or "Account Information Not Recognized..." when logging on to Java InfoView

Symptom

When logging on to Java InfoView using manual Windows ActiveDirectory (AD) authentication the following error messageappears:
 
"Account Information Not Recognized .....".
 
 If Vintela Single Sign-On (SSO) is in use,then the following error message appears instead:
 
"HTTP 500...".
 
The following message is recorded in the Tomcat stdout.log:

"[http-8080-Processor25] ERROR com.crystaldecisions.sdk.plugin.authentication.ldap.internal.SecWinADAuthentication -
Cannot create LoginContext. No LoginModules configured forcom.businessobjects.security.jgss.initiate".
