Normally, you can verify if Service Pack (SP) 2 for BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2 has been installed by checking the Add/Remove Programs list, the inventory pool or the Patches directory; however, if evidence that it is installed cannot be found through these, how can you determine if SP2 has been installed?
