When running cmsdbsetup.sh and using reinitialize(5) to
initialize the Central Management Server (CMS) database, the
application does not respond and eventually fails
after nine minutes (which is the default timeout setting). On
the Oracle side, the initializing process has created some
tables, then lost the database connection when it tried to insert
records into the CMS_INFOOBJECTS5 table.
