SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, when trying to
open a Web Intelligence report in Java Report Panel it opens
successfully. However, when trying to open in view mode, the
following error message appears:
"Error: RWI 00223".
This behavior began after installing the BusinessObjects
XI Release 2 SP2.
