The following
error message appears after downloading a Service Pack from the
Business Objects website and during installation of the Service
Pack: "Next volume is required. You need to have the following
volume to continue extraction. Insert a disk with this volume and
press OK to try again or press Cancel to break
extraction".
Resolution
The Service Pack is usually compressed within a zip file and this message appears, when it is being decompressed in a temporary folder or on the hard disk and there is not enough free space.
In this case, select "Cancel" from the message window and check that you have enough free space to decompress the file before restarting the installation process.
