1207546 - Date values are incorrectly converted in a filter when selected from a list of values in Desktop Intelligence

Symptom

In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI Release 2, when a Desktop Intelligence document containing a date time prompt in a list of values (LOV) is used as a filter and an "equal to" condition is used, the LOV shows the value (for example, 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM) and allows it to be selected.

However, the filter converts the value to 1/1/2001 12:00:00. The query does not return any rows from the database.
