1212071 - Error: "Memory Full" when using Report Creation APIs in Visual Basic

A form (for example, FrmViewer) containing a Crystal Reports viewer is called from another form in a Microsoft Visual Basic application. FrmViewer contains Report Designer Component API calls used to create a report at run time and preview it in the Crystal Report Viewer. When FrmViewer is called a second time the following error message appears:

"Memory Full".
