1212431 - Scheduling to Email Destination - The Email is sent but there is no Attachment

Using Microsoft Outlook 98 or 2000 as the email client, when scheduling a report to an email destination, the email is sent but there is no attachment. This occurs if the Info Sentinel on the Info Report Processing Server is running either as a process or as a NT service.
