Symptom
An application uses the Crystal Reports viewer (CRViewer) to view a report at runtime. When you initially preview a report, the toolbar in the CRViewer displays page 1 of 1+.
How do you display the total page count when you initially preview a report? For example, if you have a report that is ten pages and you would you see page 1 of 10 on the toolbar.
Environment
- Crystal Reports 2008
Resolution
-
In the Crystal Report designer, click the Insert menu and then click Field Object .
-
Expand Special Fields in the Field Explorer.
-
Insert the Page N of M field in the Report Header.
-
Suppress the Page N of M field (if you do not want it seen).
