1213780 - Japanese Report exported to HTML format contains English words

An application uses the Japanese version of Crystal Reports as the reporting development tool.

The application works correctly on the development computer. However on the client computer when you export the report to HTML format, the following words in the Preview Window do not display in Japanese, but rather they display in English:

'Preview'

'Next'

'Top'

'Back'

Why do these words display in English and not Japanese?

The preview window displays some words in English because the HTML translator DLL for Crystal Reports (Exlate32.dll) requires the Japanese language resource DLL R3exljp.dll.

To resolve this issue and view all the text in Japanese, distribute R3exljp.dll to the client computer.
