1214081 - How to create a custom paper size form for use in Crystal Reports

Symptom

How do I create a custom paper size form (to display or print a report with a predefined custom paper size) for use in Crystal Reports?

Resolution

To create a custom paper size form, complete the applicable steps for the environment you are working in. Before you begin, you must be sure that the printer driver is able to support printing a custom size paper.

NOTE

  • Each printer driver produces a different display for printer layout options. If the printer driver selected has the functionality to be customized, you will be able to select the Custom Paper icon or the Custom button. Selecting the Custom button enables you to set the height and width of the paper size form.
  • Creating a report with a custom paper size on one computer and then attempting to print the report on a different computer with the customized paper size form may produce different results.
