1214393 - Err Msg: "A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored..."

When attempting to export a report from within the Info Report Designer to a destination of Microsoft MAPI, the user is prompted with a challenge dialog box asking for permission to allow Microsoft Outlook to send the email on your behalf.

The following is content of the challenge dialog:

"Microsoft Outlook.

A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?

If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No"."

This dialog just started appearing. What is causing it?

This is also an issue when scheduling to a destination of Microsoft MAPI from the Info Desktop.
