In a Crystal Enterprise (CE) 8.5 environment, when viewing a chart or image in the DHTML Viewer, the image (CRI) file is deleted from the cache approximately two (2) minutes after the last preview. Therefore, when printing or viewing the report, an empty space appears where the chart or image should appears.
