1215226 - PercentOfCount/PercentOfDistinctCount summaries display incorrectly in cross tab

In Crystal Reports (CR) 9, the cross-tab summary options, PercentOfCount and PercentOfDistinctCount, incorrectly show all numbers after the decimal place as zeros (0).

Why do the PercentOfCount and PercentOfDistinctCount summaries show the incorrect decimal precision in a cross-tab?

This is a known issue and has been assigned Track ID ADAPT00104013.

There are workarounds to show the exact decimal precision for PercentOfCount and PercentOfDistinctCount summaries in cross-tabs.
