1215468 - Err Msg: "The export format...is not supported" when scheduling reports in CE

In Crystal Enterprise (CE) version 8.5,9 or 10, when exporting a report to any of the following formats, error messages occur.

CE 8.5 and 9

Microsoft Word: "The export format 'u2fwordw:0' is not supported"

Microsoft Excel: "The export format 'crxf_xls:9' is not supported. [On Cache/Page Server: <servername>.pageserver]"

Rich Text Format (RTF): "The export format 'u2frtf:0' is not supported. [On Cache/Page Server: <servername>.pageserver]"

Portable Document Format (PDF): "The export format 'u2fpdf:0' is not supported. [On Cache/Page Server: <servername>.pageserver]"

CE 10

Operation not yet implemented "

If an attempt is made to schedule the report, the following error occurs:

"Error detected by export DLL:"

Why do these error messages occur and how can they be resolved?
