Either attempting to access the Repository

Explorer in Crystal Reports 10 or to open the

Business View Manager in Crystal Enterprise 10, you

are prompted to log onto the Crystal Management

System and the following error message appears:

"Unable to retrieve cluster members. CMS host 'web

server' can be contacted, but there is no CMS

running at port 6400"
